NorrGroom Shears Warranty

At NorrGroom, we stand behind the craftsmanship of our grooming shears. Designed with precision and tested by professionals, our tools are made to perform — and we back that up with focused warranty protection to give you confidence in every cut.

6-Month Limited Warranty

All NorrGroom Shears are covered by a 6-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. This includes issues with blade alignment, tension systems, or unexpected mechanical failure under normal use.

Damage due to drops, misuse, improper storage, or unauthorized sharpening is not covered under any warranty plan.

If your shear qualifies for warranty service, we will repair or replace it with the same model or a comparable alternative based on availability. Warranty claims must include proof of purchase, and customers are responsible for shipping costs to and from our service center.

Free First Sharpening

To help you get the best long-term performance from your NorrGroom shears, we offer one complimentary sharpening within the first 12 months of purchase. Simply contact us for instructions and include a copy of your original receipt with your shipment.

Please note that sharpening must be done by NorrGroom or an approved sharpening partner to maintain warranty eligibility.
